Depending on the features you use, Wearlo AI processes account information, login sessions, uploaded references, outfit boards, project and character names, tags, generation records, credit balances and transaction records. Do not upload sensitive personal material that is unnecessary for outfit extraction. We also process device and browser information, IP addresses, access and error logs, and support submissions.
2. Why data is processed
These records support authentication, AI generation, private access to assets, project organization, credit accounting, payment support and abuse prevention. Reference images must be sent to the configured AI provider to generate boards. Private storage does not mean processing occurs entirely on your device.
3. Service providers
To complete generation requests, we send relevant images and inputs to configured model providers such as Volcano Engine. Providers may perform necessary content safety review and data processing under applicable agreements and legal requirements. We also use Creem for payments, Resend for email, and storage and security verification providers as needed; Google login is optional. Processing may involve international transfers, for which we will take measures required by applicable rules. We may disclose information where legally required.
4. Retention and deletion
Temporary account results and saved project assets can have different retention rules. Check the expiry shown in the product and download important results. Revoking access and permanently deleting stored files can happen at different times. Payment and credit audit records may need to be retained separately from images. The final retention schedule is awaiting confirmation. We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Requests and contact
Contact the support email on this page to request access, correction, deletion, account closure or exercise other rights under applicable law. We may verify your identity before acting. The service is not directed at children. Material policy changes will be announced through the website or email.
6. Cookies and website analytics
We use cookies or browser local storage for login, security verification, language and theme preferences and necessary usage state. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity integrations analyze visits and interactions only when configured and allowed to load. Model providers’ operational statistics and safety logs are separate from website analytics. You can manage site data in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect functionality.
