Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope and permitted use
Wearlo AI is an independent creative tool using third-party AI services to generate outfit boards from reference images. Use it only for lawful outfit reference and creative project workflows. This policy applies to uploads, generation requests, generated results and use of account and project features.
2. Prohibited content
Do not upload, request, generate, store or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or any sexual content involving minors. Violence, gore, exploitation, hateful or threatening content and content promoting illegal or harmful acts are prohibited. Do not use Wearlo for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation or unauthorized manipulation of a person’s likeness.
3. Rights and privacy
Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Obtain necessary permissions for depicted people and third-party intellectual property. Do not submit private or sensitive information without authorization, infringe copyright or trademarks, or use results to deceive, harass or harm others.
4. Service abuse and AI limitations
Do not bypass safety checks, access controls or payment requirements; attack the service; access another user’s assets; or abuse accounts or promotional credits. AI outputs may contain errors or inferred details. Review results before reuse and do not use them to support unlawful or harmful activity.
5. Enforcement and reports
We may refuse requests, restrict access, remove content or suspend accounts where violations are suspected. Report harmful content, infringement or misuse to [email protected], including relevant task or order IDs where available. Do not email prohibited images, passwords or complete payment card details. Payment disputes and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy; this policy does not limit statutory rights.
